You do not need to have Java3D installed on your host, to be able to load 3D-Simulations. The entire library will be downloaded automatically.

Prior to loading the first simulation, the platform will start an initialisation routine. The initialisation process might take up to 15 seconds.

The most straightforward way to load a simulation is to navigate to the File menu of 3D-Visian and to select the option "Load simulation/animation for default repository...".

Next, select from the appearing dialog window the simulation you wish to launch.
